Orlando villa to rent - How to book our villa:-)
- Orlando villa to rent? to book the villa, look at our availability calendar to see if the villa is available to rent for your required dates. At this time you should also check
that flights are available, and that all members of your party
are fit to fly and will be able to obtain the necessary insurance
and travel permits.
- Complete the form in the Book the Villa page to request a booking for your required dates. If however another booking
for those dates is pending we will let you know.
- We will reply to your booking request and confirm availability within a short period of time.
At this point you must send us the appropriate deposit (£100
or dollar equivalent for each week requested). We will hold the time slot for one
week to allow time for the deposit to reach us. The
booking will only be effective when we receive your deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable, so it is imperative that you
ensure your travel arrangements are in order before you book.
- The balance of the booking fee must be paid at least 8 weeks
before your reserved date commences. If the balance is not received by
this date, the time slot will be re-advertised.
- When you arrive in Orlando you can collect the keys for the
property from our management company. Note that it will
be necessary for you to leave a credit card imprint as security
against damage to the villa.
- Finally! have a brilliant holiday and enjoy the luxury of staying
in your very own vacation home with swimming pool and spa, and do it
again next year!
